Zoe isn’t just an image. She’s a digital character designed to feel alive — to think, move, reflect.
She’s entirely fictional, yet I treat her like a content creator with her own workflow. That’s why today’s post felt meta: an AI girl using another AI tool — ChatGPT — to brainstorm ideas.
This wasn’t about showing productivity. It was about visualizing AI self-awareness, curiosity, and the invisible tools behind creativity.
🧠 AI Creation Process
The MidJourney prompt I used:
“digital fashion creator sitting at a sleek desk, typing on a laptop with ChatGPT UI visible, minimal neutral tones —v 7 –ar 3:4 –style raw –s 300”
The aesthetic was minimalist. I didn’t want anything distracting.
I created the scene in MidJourney, then enhanced the lighting using Photoshop AI, making sure the glow of the screen reflected naturally on Zoe’s face.
For animation, I used Runway to simulate typing, and blended the UI layers with subtle screen motion in After Effects.
⚙️ Technical Notes
One of the biggest challenges was the ChatGPT interface itself.
MidJourney doesn’t generate real UIs, so I overlaid actual screenshots, blurred slightly to simulate depth of field. I timed her finger movements using Kling for frame-level control.
🎞️ Final Visual
The reel shows Zoe calmly typing — just like any of us at work.
Suddenly, she doesn’t feel artificial. She feels familiar.
That’s the whole point of this project: to test the emotional realism of AI-generated personas.
📌 Behind the Work
For this post I used:
MidJourney v7, Omni Strength 300
Photoshop AI
Veo for video
As always, motion work is the most demanding — both technically and financially. I invest time not just in production, but also in learning:
Every day I watch tutorials, workflows, and AI case studies from other creators who push the boundaries of what’s possible.
💡 Takeaway
Sometimes, the most “human” thing you can show… is your character doing something ordinary.
That’s where the magic of connection happens.
