One of my recent client projects started with a single real garment. I created the e-shop visuals, developed the campaign imagery, and then used one of those campaign shots to generate a video using runway-style references.
The result? A smooth transformation from static to motion — but with some interesting observations along the way:
Hair length subtly shifts across frames, even though the input image remains unchanged.
Background details evolve — likely due to the richness of visual elements in the original setting.
These aren’t flaws. They’re part of the experimentation that comes with working at the edge of creative technology. When we push boundaries, we also discover the tools’ current limitations.
